Buying Property in Poland
Why, Where, What and How

Buying Property in Poland: Why, What, Where and How by Tim Hill

Synopsis

With so much interest in Polish property one of the largest developers in the country, JW Construction, actually opened a permanent office in London this year. A search on the internet reveals a wealth of sites offering varying levels and accuracy of advice and online forums buzz with people scrabbling for guidance. Channel Four’s A Place in the Sun cited Poland as the second best place in the world to buy property and it has become the seventh most popular tourist destination in Europe attracting 15 million leisure visitors every year. Yet there has been no real estate title on the market for the obvious number of purchasers who need help … until now.

Buying Property in Poland is the complete guide for investors in search of capital gain, private buyers and business entrepreneurs. Written by those who live in the country and work with foreign buyers on a daily basis Tim Hill brings together the collective experience of his own staff, consultants, real estate agents and those who have already bought. Giving answers to the real questions, showing the positives and the negatives, taking readers step by step through the entire buying process and providing an insightful background, current state and future forecast to this emerging region of Central Europe.

Buying Property in Poland is the definitive publication for all types of buyers who don’t want to pay over the odds, be taken for a ride, or waste time on purchases that go nowhere. Poland is already being discovered by millions. Within twenty years it will have an economy and property market similar to Western Europe but here and now there is a window of opportunity for those who can see it but just need a little help to grasp it.
